| Artichoke Pizza |

Preheat oven 425° F.
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, squeezed dry and coarsely chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/8 - 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 1 12 inch BOBOLI® Original Italian Pizza Crust 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

In bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and hot pepper sauce. Spread on pizza crust. Top with Mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 425° F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Makes 8 snacks or 4 main dish servings. |
