Beth's Shrimp Pizza
3 T Olive Oil
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Basil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
1 Tomato, chopped
1/3 lb. Cooked Shrimp
1 Tbsp. Capers
1/3 Cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts
1/4 Cup Sliced Black Olives
1 Cup Mozzarella
 
Mix oil, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper, garlic and tomatoes in a bowl. Marinate at least one hour. Drain and spread tomatoes on Boboli Whole Wheat Thin Crust. Add shrimp, capers, artichokes and olives. Top with mozzarella.

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Temperature: 450° F
