| Bobolicious Chicken Pesto Pizza |

1 Cup Parmesan 6 Slices Provolone Cheese 1/4 Cup Basil Pesto 2 Grilled Chicken Breasts, medium sized, cut into bite sized pieces 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic 1 Cup Sliced Portobello Mushrooms 1 Medium Sweet Onion, sliced thin 1/2 Green or Red Pepper, thinly sliced |

| Preheat oven to 450 degrees. With the back of your spoon, spread the pesto and minced garlic evenly over the Boboli thin crust shell. Place the provolone slices evenly over crust. Arrange chicken pieces and Portobello mushroom slices on top of provolone. Add the pepper and onion slices and sprinkle parmesan over all. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes. |
