Healthy Turkey Pizza
1 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
Pinch Crushed Red Pepper
Pinch Pepper
Pinch Salt
Pinch Basil
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup lean ground turkey
3/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
Pinch Garlic
1/4 Cup Spinach
 
Sauté red onions and bell peppers for approx. 2 to 3 minutes. Add turkey and spinach cook about 5 minutes, until turkey is done. Add tablespoon of tomato paste and diced tomatoes. Cook until juices are evaporated. In small bowl mix yogurt, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on thin wheat Boboli crust. Top with turkey mixture and with fat free mozzarella cheese.

Cook Time: 8 minutes

Temperature: 450° F
