3-4 cloves roasted garlic 1 Cup Mozzarella 1 zucchini sliced in thin circles 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Handful of bean sprouts |

| Spread roasted garlic on Boboli crust (it spreads like butter). Sprinkle approx. 1/4 cup mozzarella over garlic. Add zucchini, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Sprinkle remaining cheese over toppings and bake. |
