| Turkey Special Pizza |
|
1 cup diced cooked turkey
1 jar (6-1/2 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Cup (4 oz) shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
1 12 inch BOBOLI® Original Italian Pizza Crust

Preheat oven to 450° F.
In medium bowl, combine turkey, artichokes and roasted red peppers; set aside. In small bowl stir mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese until blended. Spread evenly over pizza crust; top with turkey mixture and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake on oven rack or ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
