Chili Cheese Pizza
1 lb. ground beef, lean
1/2 cup assorted color sweet peppers, 1/4" diced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Olive oil
1 cup tomatoes, canned, drained, coarsely chopped
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. oregano leaves, dried
1 cup kidney beans, canned, drained
1 tbsp. cilantro, fresh, coarsely chopped
1 12" BOBOLI® Original Italian Pizza Crust
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
sour cream and diced onion for garnish (optional)
 
Preheat oven to 450° F.

Sauté first 4 ingredients in oil in skillet until beef loses its pink color; drain. Add next 4 ingredients; cook stirring for five minutes. Add beans and cilantro. Fill pizza crust leaving a 1" border. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8–10 minutes on baking sheet in the lower third of oven. Garnish with sour cream and diced onion and serve.
