| Where does the name "BOBOLI" originate? |
| BOBOLI is named for Giardino di Boboli (Boboli Garden) located on the grounds of the Pitti Palace in Florence, Italy. The garden, built in 1549 by the ruling Medici Family, is open to the public and considered to be one of the world’s most inviting, with fountains, sculpture and shaded walkways. Not incidentally, the Boboli Garden is also considered to be one of the best places in the city for a picnic. |

| Do I need to blanch vegetables before putting on a BOBOLI? |
| If you like. Some people prefer their vegetables to be a bit softer, and if you are among them, go right ahead. But whether your vegetables are blanched or uncooked, putting them on a BOBOLI is the perfect choice! |
