Tuscan Pizza

1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 c. Onions
1 c. Fresh Spinach, chopped
1 Large Tomato, sliced thin
1 c. Ricotta
1 c. Romano
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
1 tsp. Fresh Oregano, chopped
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (optional)


Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cook time 8 – 10 minutes

Brush pizza crust with olive oil, including outer edges of crust. Sprinkle the garlic salt on the edge of the crust. Sauté the onions and spinach in the remaining olive oil until the spinach is soft and limp and the onions are soft and clear. Slice the tomato and arrange on top of the pizza crust. Sprinkle the cooked onion and spinach over the tomatoes. Drop spoonfuls of Ricotta over the tomato mixture. Sprinkle the Romano and Mozzarella over the top. Add the basil, oregano, and Italian seasoning on top of the cheese. Cook for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Let cool, and enjoy!

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
