Seattle "Showboating" Shrimp Alfredo Pizza

1 12" Boboli® Thin Pizza Crust
1/4 c. olive oil, divided
1/2 c. shrimp, fresh and peeled
1 c. Monterey jack cheese
1 pear, sliced
1/4 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. Alfredo sauce
1/4 c. bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt and pepper
Fresh thyme (optional)


Preheat oven to 450º F.
Bake time: 8 – 10 minutes

Toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on grill at medium heat for 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from heat, set aside. Brush pears with remaining olive oil. Place on grill for 2 minutes on flat side. Remove from heat, set aside. Spread Alfredo sauce on pizza leaving 1/2" border around crust. Top with cheese, shrimp, bacon and pears. Bake in oven 8 – 10 minutes. Slice and serve.

Alternate Methods

For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
